EQUIPMENT HANDOUT FOR 2019 SEASON

Sunday July 21st
8th Grade - 3:00-4:00 pm
7th Grade - 4:15-5:15 pm
6th Grade - 5:30-6:45 pm

Monday July 22nd
5th Grade - 6:00-7:00 pm
4th Grade - 7:15-8:15 pm

ALTERNATE DATE:  Sunday August 4th 4:30pm - 5:30pm

Location:   DAYFL Equipment Storage Shed – All Store Storage,  6468 Lake Rd, Unit #4, Windsor.

What to Bring:

• Your player during assigned time slot.  Do NOT come early as space is limited at the equipment shed. 

• One parent/guardian MUST be present to sign form for equipment & jersey. 

• Payment is due if you have not already paid.

  • Note:  Players will not be allowed to take equipment with them if they have any balance due with DAYFL.  This includes fees for volunteer work that was not completed in the previous season.

Players:

• Wear shorts, T-Shirt, & slides or other easy off/on shoes.

• IF you have a girdle, please wear under your shorts so pants can be properly fitted.

Procedures:

• Arrive at your assigned time slot.  Early arrivals will need to wait until your assigned time. (Exception: siblings can come at same time at either assigned slot).

• Only players and coaches will be allowed in shed during fitting.  Parents please wait outside.  There is very limited space in the shed.

• Players will be fitted for needed equipment.  Let coach know if you have some of your own equipment.

• Parents and players will need to sign the equipment and jersey forms.

• If your family has a balance due with DAYFL, equipment will be left at the shed until full payment is received.

• If you would like to donate gently used equipment to DAYFL please bring to the equipment shed.  DAYFL is registered as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
