Weather Evacuation Plan

DAYFL - Tornado/Severe Weather Evacuation Plan Rev: 9/20/13

Following is DAYFL's plan for player safety in such events as a Tornado Warning, Severe T-Storms, Etc. during any practice time. All parents are to be aware of this Plan.

All 8th grade players and coaches would proceed cautiously to Door #18 of the DHS school (Back Door near dumpster enclosure) They would continue to an interior hallway in orderly fashion and remain there until the weather has been deemed safe by the coaching staff. All game day participants would follow the same Evacuation plan and proceed to door #18. All 4th - 7th grade players and coaches practicing near the tennis courts would cautiously proceed to the DHS circle drive and large set of main doors. Once inside move to an interior hallway and remain there until the weather has been deemed safe by the coaching staff.

All parents at home are to remain safe and please do not come out in severe weather to pick your children up. Only if and when it is safe should you come to DHS to pick them up.
