Equipment Return - Sunday November 3rd from 4-6:30pm

Equipment return is scheduled for  Sunday November 3rd at the NEW Equipment Shed located at the DeForest Athletic Complex at the corner of River Road & Windsor Road (far right bay). 

8th grade:  4:00 pm
7th grade:  4:30 pm
6th grade:  5:00 pm
5th grade:  5:30 pm
4th grade:  6:00 pm     

 

ALL DAYFL issued equipment must be returned clean and free of damage (other than normal wear/tear).  Equipment that has not been cleaned will not be accepted.  You will be responsible for the cost of any equipment that is not returned.

Helmet:

  • Remove mouth guard.

  • Leave all decals & stickers

  • Remove shield/visor (if you added one).

  • Clean exterior with soap and water only.  Do NOT use household cleaners/chemicals.

  • If you used your own chinstrap, remove & put DAYFL chinstrap back

Shoulder Pads:

  • Make sure straps and clips are attached.

  • Remove any tape you may have added to the straps.

  • Remove any player purchased back plates (if you added one).

Hip/butt/thigh/knee pads:

  • All issued pads should be returned.

Game & Practice Pants & belts:

  • Game & Practice pants MUST be washed prior to returning.

  • Remove pads & belts.  Tie strings.

Jersey:

  • All jerseys will be returned to DAYFL.  These are DAYFL property.

  • Jerseys MUST be washed prior to returning.

  • If damaged beyond normal wear & tear – of will be your responsibility and DAYFL will keep the damaged jersey.
